Troubleshooting
If the Support Pages did not resolve your issue, please do the following before contacting tech support:
- Reboot your computer and try to logon again.
- Delete and recreate your Dial-Up Networking connection. (Windows Only)

If this did not help, please have the following information available before contacting Technical Support:
- Your User ID (i.e. yourname@theofficenet.com) or account number.
- The local phone number that your computer is dialing.
- The error message in its entirety, including any Error #’s generated by your computer.
