Troubleshooting


If the Support Pages did not resolve your issue, please do the following before contacting tech support:

  • Reboot your computer and try to logon again.
  • Delete and recreate your Dial-Up Networking connection. (Windows Only)

If this did not help, please have the following information available before contacting Technical Support:

  • Your User ID (i.e. yourname@theofficenet.com) or account number.
  • The local phone number that your computer is dialing.
  • The error message in its entirety, including any Error #’s generated by your computer.
