Why Can’t I Send Mail?
Please check your mail properties for either your Microsoft or Netscape email programs, and adjust them accordingly as instructed below. Microsoft Programs. Netscape Programs.
Also, if you’re trying to send from a non-theofficenet.com e-mail address, follow the mail relay instructions.
Go to Tools, then click Services
Select your Internet Email account from the services list and click Properties
Under the Servers tab, make sure that the box titled “My server requires authentication” is
