Macintosh Microsoft Outlook 5 Setup

  • Open Microsoft Outlook 5

  • Click on Tools, then select Accounts

  • Under Accounts, click New

  • For the Display name, type in your name
  • Click the right arrow

  • Select “I already have an e-mail address that I’d like to use”
  • In the e-mail address field, type in your Office Net e-mail address
  • Click the right arrow

  • The incoming mail server should be selected as a POP Server
  • For the Incoming mail server, type mail.theofficenet.com
  • For the Outgoing mail server, type mail.theofficenet.com
  • Click the right arrow

  • For the Account ID, type in your Office Net username
  • Then type in your password
  • Check the Save password box (optional)
  • Click the right arrow

  • For the Account name, type in The Office Net
  • Click the Finish button
